COVID-19 Delivery

Due to unprecedented demand over recent weeks whilst also dealing with the restrictions of the COVID-19 lockdown, our delivery timescale is currently extended to 2-3 weeks. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

All deliveries will be no-contact to meet government distancing guidelines.

Stock Availability Issues

We are also experiencing some issues with availability of products due to a number of manufacturing sites and collection points being closed or operating with a skeleton staff to meet government guidelines.

Unfortunately, in these cases it is unlikely that we will be able to supply the affected product until restrictions are relaxed.

We are endeavouring to update our website and restrict these products from sale, however, there may be occasions where we do not know of a stock issue until after the order has been placed. In these cases we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay and offer a full refund if required.

Working Remotely

The Simply Paving team are here to help, however, please understand that we are adapting to the challenges of working remotely.

Whilst we will always look to provide the highest level of service, please be aware that our usual procedures may not always run as smoothly or as quickly as before.
