Please check the address that you have given us for the delivery is correct, double check the product you have ordered and ensure a telephone number has been submitted for contact regarding your delivery.
Ensure the delivery area is flat and solid if a tail lift vehicle is being used.
Check there are no overhanging trees or cables that would prevent the vehicle from accessing the area.
