MOT Type 1 provides the perfect sub-base for all driveway and patio projects.
The MOT Type 1 we offer is delivered in large bulk bags. One bulk bag will cover approximately 8 square metres (coverage is calculated assuming a depth of 50mm).
Building materials are provided by a Simply Paving contracted merchant from your area and we aim to deliver on the same day or within a few days of your patio or driveway products.
Delivery is made with a crane vehicle for this product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to specify AM / PM / Saturday deliveries for our range of building materials.
